Calculations are estimates based on the projected April 2027 National Minimum/Living Wage increases. Each employee's April 2027 hourly wage is the higher of their existing hourly rate or the applicable legal minimum for their age and apprentice status. Apprentices qualify for the apprentice rate if they are under 19, or aged 19+ and in their first year; otherwise the age-based rate applies. Employer NI applies above the relevant secondary threshold (standard £5,000; upper £50,270 for under-21s and qualifying apprentices under 25). Employer pension is optional per employee and calculated on qualifying earnings. Figures are 2026/27 assumptions and are configurable. Actual costs may vary.
